Ordering "unfinished" Cat5e cables

[Q] I have an application where I am not sure exactly how much Cat5e cable I will need. Can I order the cable without the ends installed and finish it myself? [A] Yes. If you have a special application, and for whatever reason you need to attach the RJ45 plugs yourself, we can help. There are many installers that will specify their cables "unfinished" so that they can easily run the cable through conduit to a specific point, and then cut the exact length and attach the RJ45 plugs to the Cat5e cable. This way, you can have a Cat5e patch cable that is perfectly measured. If you need your cables "unfinished", simply indicate this in the notes section of the shopping cart where it says "special instructions to the merchant".
